Успішний старт в ресторані “МОМЕНТИ” (english version below)

В рамках проєкту «Успішний старт» вчора 11 учнів спеціальності «кухар-офіціант»  Сквиського професійно-технічного  училища   відвідали цікавезний мастер-клас від шеф-кухаря Марії (@mashalonskaya)  в одному з  сімейних ресторанів «Моменти» (https://moments.kiev.ua/)  м. Києва.

Ми разом з дітьми дуже чекали на цю подію! Адже таке спілкування з мегафахівцями своєї справи, такий досвід, переданий  професіоналами –  є надзвичайно  важливим та корисним!

Це , ніби,  як  зустрітися з мрією , або стати на крок ближче до неї!

Успішні люди ,  які щиро діляться своїми формулами успіху,   вселяють впевненість у правильності обраного шляху та показують, чого потрібно прагнути і що можна отримати !

«Практика робить майстра!»

Шеф-кухар Марія разом зі своїм помічником люб’язно  навчили готувати  італійську  « пасту карбонара»,  відкрила таємні секрети , коли саме і як краще додавати інгредієнти.

Показали,  як вірно , згідно традицій, готувати   страву «Люля-кебаб», щоб отримати хрустку скоринку і не пересмажити яловичину.

Ну, і  на завершення, всі разом готували французький десерт «Шоколадний фондан з морозивом», який  зовні має хрумку оболонку, а всередині –  рідкий  розтоплений  шоколад.

Під чітким керівництвом шеф-кухаря, вийшло все так вдало,  гарно, ароматно та апетитно. На кухні стояли неймовірні пахощі.

А ще шеф-кухар Марія розповідала цікаві та кумедні  історії зі свого досвіду. Вийшло дуже дружньо , душевно та невимушено!

Ну і, звісно, діти потім самі ж з неймовірним задоволенням дегустували страви власного приготування.

М-м-м-м-м! Як було смачно!

А враження? Вони  – незабутні! Враження –  зашкалювали, словами не передати!

Студенти  вперше побували в  сімейному ресторані такого рівня,  вперше поспілкувалися зі справжнім Майстером-шефом,  вперше  скуштували такі  вишукані страви! А деякі, взагалі , вперше побували в столиці! Все вперше !

Successful start at the MOMENTS restaurant

Yesterday 11 students of the “chef-waiter” speciality from the Skvyske Vocational School attended an interesting workshop from Chef Maria (@mashalonskaya) at one of the family restaurants “Moments” (https://moments.kiev.ua/) in Kyiv  as a part of the “Successful Start” project.

We were really looking forward to this event together with the children! After all, such communication with mega-experts in their field, such experience passed on by professionals is extremely important and useful!

It’s like meeting a dream or getting one step closer to it!

Successful people who sincerely share their formulas for success inspire confidence in the right choice and show what to aim for and what can be achieved!

“Practice makes the master!”
Chef Maria and her assistant kindly taught us how to cook Italian carbonara pasta, and revealed the secret of when and how to add the ingredients.

They showed us how to cook the traditional Lula Kebab dish to get a crispy crust and not overcook the beef.

And finally, everyone cooked together a French dessert called Chocolate Fondant with Ice Cream, which has a crispy coating on the outside and liquid melted chocolate inside.

Everything turned out so well, beautifully, fragrantly and deliciously  under the strict guidance of the Chef. The kitchen smelled incredible.

Chef Maria also told interesting and funny stories from her experience. It turned out to be very friendly, sincere and relaxed!

Of course, the children then tasted the dishes they had prepared themselves with incredible pleasure.

Mmmm! It was so delicious!

What about the impressions? They are unforgettable! The impressions were off the charts, words cannot express them!

The students visited a family restaurant of this level for the first time, talked to a real Master Chef for the first time and tasted such delicious dishes for the first time! Some of them even visited the capital for the first time! Everything is for the first time!
