Звіт по проєкту “Успішний старт” за 2023/2024 навчальний рік (english version below)

У 2023-2024 навчальному році учасниками проєкту стали 128 юнаків та дівчат. З них:

● 55 дітей продовжили участь з попереднього навчального року;

● 73 дитини подали документи щодо включення в проєкт 23/24 навчального року та стали його учасниками;

● 4 дітей вибули з проєкту через низьку успішність, часті пропуски занять та відрахування з навчального закладу, 2 дитини через переїзд за кордон;

● 36 дітей стали випускниками проєкту (із них 32 учасники закінчили навчання);

Крім того, реалізована комплексна співпраця з 4 навчальними закладами: «Сквирське вище професійне училище» м. Сквира, «Таращанський технічний та економіко-правовий коледж» м. Тараща, «Навчально-науковий центр професійно-технічної освіти» м. Київ, «Ніжинський коледж культури та мистецтв» м. Ніжин.

Участь у проєкті сприяла навчальному процесу. Класні керівники та майстри учнів відзначають мотиваційний вплив підтримки detdom.info на успішність та відвідування занять. Завдяки нашій допомозі всі учасники отримували протягом року матеріальну підтримку – стипендію у розмірі 1000 грн/міс. Цільове використання:  придбання продуктів, ліків, канцелярських товарів, оплата  інтернету, телефонного зв`язку та транспортних витрат. Крім того, учасники отримали наступне матеріально-технічне забезпечення:

      павербанки – 4 дитини

      смартфони та гарнітура – 21 дитина

      продуктові набори – 36 дітей

      засоби гігієни та матеріали для навчання  – 99 дітей

      одяг/взуття – 67 дітей

      постільні приналежності – 31 дитина

      мілка побутова техніка – 38 дітей

Протягом навчання діти отримували медичну допомогу в рамках проєкту «Право на здоров’я», психологічну допомогу та підтримку старших друзів.

Успішне освоєння професії передбачає проходження виробничої практики. Нажаль, зараз навчальні заклади не отримують кошти на такі потреби. Так, наприклад, у 2023-24 навчальному році Ярославу К., який навчається на автослюсаря для виробничої практики був вкрай потрібен робочий інструмент – набір торцевих голівок. Завдяки участі у проєкті хлопець отримав його і тепер має можливість не тільки практикуватися на заняттях в училищі, а ще й підробляти на СТО.

Благодійники проєкту забезпечили лабораторію-кухню Сквирського вищого професійного училища новими професійними м’ясорубками, мультіподрібнювачем, тістозмішувачем, галогенною піччю, електрогрилем, блендерами, міксерами, вагами кухонними та іншими засобами. Також  виробничі цехи Сквирського училища та Таращанського технічного та економіко-правового коледжу були наповнені інструментами для практичних занять. Електродрилі, набори слюсарних інструментів, паяльники, шліфувальні машини, болгарки та інше дозволять не тільки учасникам проєкту «Успішний старт», а й всім дітям, які навчаються в цих закладах освоїти сучасну техніку та набути професійних навичок у майбутній професії.

Наприкінці навчального року випускники, які мали бажання мати святкове вбрання на випускний вечір отримали сучасні стильні костюми та сукні. Напередодні дня захисту дітей був організований захід для учасників проєкту. Слід зазначити, що це перший такий захід де учасники з різних куточків України змогли зустрітися разом, поспілкуватися, обмінятися думками. На зустрічі було підбито підсумки проєкту, визначено найкращих учасників, які отримали корисні подарунки, а святкову ноту додав перегляд кінофільму під смачний попкорн і напої та частування піцою.  

Благодійники проєкту:

• Британсько-український фонд «Ukraine Charity», який вже третій рік поспіль активно підтримує цей проєкт. Цього року 30 дітей стали підопічними фонду;

• Німецька благодійна організація «Sai Care Stiftung». Надали фінансову підтримку 24 учасникам, а також потужну підтримку інструментами та технікою для дітей та виробничих цехів закладів;

• Ian Clark та його родина. Четвертий рік підтримують не тільки учасників, але й адміністративну складову проєкту. Цього року підтримали 15 дітей;

• Відомий український гурт «Kalush Orchestra» переможці Євробачення 2022. Підтримали 6 дітей, які навчаються на творчих спеціальностях;

• Співробітники міжнародної юридичної компанії «Avelllum». Забезпечили повну підтримку 2 дітей, які навчаються на спеціальності «Право» та запросили всіх учасників майбутніх юристів до участі у навчальних семінарах компанії;

• Олексій Ч. підтримав 15 учасників проєкту;

• Людмила Х. організувала повну фінансову підтримку  9 учасників проєкту;

• Єлізавета С. забезпечила стипендіальну підтримку 2 дітей: Іллі П., Дмитра К.;

• Оксана С. підтримала Владислава Л., дитину з родини де мама самотужки виховує 8 дітей;

• Фізичні особи-благодійники, які протягом року донатили на проєкт, що дало можливість підтримати 24 дитини;

• Мережа кінотеатрів «Мультиплекс» постійно підтримують команду detdom.info та ініціативи нашої організації.

128 boys and girls participated in the projec in the academic year 2023-2024. Among them:

● 55 children continue to participate since the previous academic year;

● 73 children applied for admission to the project in the 23/24 academic year and became its participants;

 ● 4 children dropped out of the project due to poor progress, frequent absences and exclusion from school, and 2 children due to moving abroad;

● 36 children became project graduates (32 of them graduated);

In particular, comprehensive cooperation with 4 educational institutions was implemented:

– Skvyra Higher Vocational School (Skvyra, Kyiv region)

– Tarashcha Technical and Economic and Legal College (Tarashcha, Kyiv region)

– Educational and Research Centre for Vocational Education (Kyiv)

– Nizhyn College of Culture and Arts (Nizhyn, Chernihiv region) 

Participation in the project facilitated the educational process. The students’ class teachers and tutors have noted the motivational impact of detdom.info support on their academic progress and school attendance. Thanks to our help, all participants got financial support throughout the year – a scholarship of UAH 1,000 per month. It was used to buy groceries, medicines, stationery, pay for internet, telephone and transport costs. In addition, the participants received the following material and technical support:

      power banks – 4 children

      smartphones and headsets – 21 children

      food packages – 36 children

      hygiene products and educational materials  – 99 children

      clothes/shoes – 67 children

      bedding – 31 children

      small household items – 38 children

Throughout the school, the children were provided with medical care as part of the Right to Health project, psychological assistance and support from their older friends.

Successful mastery of the profession requires on- the-job training. Unfortunately, educational institutions do not currently have funds for such needs. For example, in the 2023-24 academic year, Yaroslav K., who is studying to be a car mechanic, desperately needed a working tool for his on-the-job training – a socket head set. As a result of participating in the project, he received it and now has the opportunity not only to practice in the classroom at the school, but also to earn extra money at a car service station.

The project’s benefactors equipped the laboratory kitchen of the Skvyra Higher Vocational School with new professional meat grinders, a multi-chopper, a dough mixer, a halogen oven, an electric grill, blenders, mixers, kitchen scales and other items. The industrial workshops of the Skvyra School and Tarashchanka Technical, Economic and Law College were also equipped with tools for practical training. Electric drills, sets of locksmith tools, soldering irons, grinders, grinders and other tools will allow to master modern technology and acquire professional skills in their future profession not only for the participants of “Successful Start” project, but also for all children studying at these institutions. 

At the end of the school year, graduates who desired to wear festive outfits for the graduation party were given modern, stylish suits and dresses. An event was organised for the project participants on the eve of Children’s Day. It should be noted that this was the first event of its kind where participants from different parts of Ukraine were able to meet together, communicate, and share their views. The meeting summed up the results of the project, identified the best participants who got useful gifts, and added a festive note by watching a film with delicious popcorn and beverages and eating pizza.   

Project benefactors:

• German charity Sai Care Stiftung. They provided financial support to 24 participants, as well as strong support with tools and equipment for children and production workshops of the institutions;

• The British-Ukrainian Foundation Ukraine Charity, which has been actively supporting this project for three years in a row. This year, 30 children became wards of the foundation;

• Ian Clark and his family. For four years, they have been supporting not only the participants but also the administrative component of the project. This year, 15 children were supported;

• The famous Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra, the winners of Eurovision 2022. 6 children studying in creative professions were supported;

• Employees of the international law firm Avellum. Provided full support to 2 children studying law and invited all future lawyers to participate in the company’s training seminars;

• Oleksiy C. supported 15 project participants;

• Liudmyla H. organised full financial support for 9 project participants;

• Yelyzaveta S. provided scholarship support for 2 children: Ilya P. and Dmytro K;

• Oksana S. supported Vladyslav L., a child from a family where his mother is raising 8 children alone;

• Individual benefactors who donated to the project during the year, allowing us to support 24 children;

• The Multiplex cinema network constantly supports the detdom.info team and the initiatives of our organisation.
