We are glad to inform you about the status of work that is carried on for the families in Makarov district. The work is performed thanks to the help of good people: http://detdom.info/cm/ua/actions/current/14201 
Our site www.detdom.info already wrote about the situations in which are families of Svetlana and Lidiya. The financial and moral situation of Svetlana’s and Lidiya’s families is rather complicated. The most important thing is that these families are missing one of the parents, do not have enough finances and their relationships with co-villagers are not as god as they could be. But despite all these difficulties they are trying to live a full life and educate their children. Thanks to the God they found people who wanted to help Svetlana and Lidiya to overcome the hardships that stand in their way. 
We decided to assist in resolving domestic problems after several visits to Svetlana and Lidiya’s places.
We decided to make a complete high-quality repair of Svetlana’s building.

We decorated the building with siding, also windows and doors were replaced, and the roof will be replaced soon.

New wooden floors were installed, walls were decorated with gypsum boards,

the storage room is being turned into a bathroom,

 furnace heating is being relocated,

Unfortunately there is not enough money to decorate the ceiling with gypsum panels to fully complete the repair works. Soon internal finishing work will be carried out, such as painting and wallpaper applying.
Svetlana and her children are very grateful for the assistance, as a few months ago they could not even believe in such a miracle. We also want to thank this kind, sincere and very humble people who do not even want to have their names published on the website. We want to express special thanks to the “Building Center” company and personally to his director Gurieva Valentin who provided services at the lowest prices ever possible.
As for Lidiya, who lives in the village of Byshev in Makarov district, we decided to build a new house; the one her family used to live in can hardly be called a house.

A lot of money is needed to build a new house, much more than we have; but our friends had decided to do it anyway. So on June 29th a place for the new building was consecrated

and construction was started.
We have built and laid the foundation beams for the floor, dug a well in the yard and are planning to build walls.

Funds that were found will suffice for external work only, unfortunately.

Building itself is built, windows are being installed, the roof and floor are built, but we have no money for internal finishing work.

We are appealing to you, those who have already done a lot to these people who need help, and those who have read this text for the first time, to all of you who care about the fate of our neighbors!

The most important needs of the families: 

Svetlana: 
Ceiling decoration with gypsum panels – about 10 000 grivnas. 
Installing and connecting the pumping station, and plumbing jobs in the house – about 5 000 grivnas. 
Installing fence around the house – about 5 000 grivnas. 

Lydia: 
Interior decorating, approximately 15 000 grivnas. 
Heating – about 10 000 grivnas. 
Fence – about 7 000 grivnas.
